The Story

Have you ever seen a "healthier" calf? I was taken back by what a chunk this little calf was, definitely not missing any meals from mom!

Also, you can see in moms eye that she may not all that comfortable at the moment. She was being chased through shallow waters by the male you can see below, so we had a short swim and felt it was best to let them sort things out without us getting involved.
