What's the difference between limited edition and open edition prints?

Can you make 'X' image into a custom size or different shape?
Limited Edition prints cannot be sold in sizes not listed, nor can they be cropped or changed in any way.
Open Edition and Design Series prints are more flexible, and we are happy to work with you to bring your vision to life there!
What is the best option to reduce glare or reflections?
We recommend Aluminum with the optional mid-gloss finish to reduce reflections as much as possible. It is a no-cost upgrade. For more, please see the page on Substrates.
How long does an order take to arrive?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free within the Continental United States! This can save hundreds of dollars. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada etc we credit the value of free mainland US shipping, so it will be affordable. Contact us for an exact quote.
What happens if an order is damaged in shipping?
Shipping is always 100% guaranteed. Damage en route is rare, but if it's not perfect email us with a photo of the damage and we'll replace it at no charge.
The print is damaged, wrong, etc?
The print itself is always 100% guaranteed, so if it arrives damaged, has a defect of some sort or is the wrong image all together, send us a photo and we'll replace it immediately.
I hung it up and the size I ordered is wrong for the space, what can we do?
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your art. Email us and we will do what we can to get you a size that works right for you. This may involve us finding a new home for your piece beforehand, but we'll do our best to make it right! KEEP THE PACKAGING IT CAME IN!

I changed my mind, can I return it?
We always hope everyone is thrilled with their purchase, but we aren't set up to accept returns on art. If an order has been put into production at the lab, we are unfortunately beyond the point of no return.
We are however happy to help you by trying to find a new home to send it to. In this instance, we of course will refund you what we can. Keep your packaging if you find yourself in this situation and shoot us an email.

The photo looks dark in my space, what can I do?

I need to lock the art on the wall, how can I go about that?
Metal prints can be locked to the wall if you use either an Inset Mount (standard on sizes over 30" or so) or a Flush Mount. Leave us a note with your order, happy to include a lock at no charge. For more information, see Art Installation.
Lumachromes CAN be done with the standard Gallery Mount, but it's more of a Home Depot/Lowes sort of situation to rig up some L brackets. Happy to advise as needed.
